This includes requests by telephone, all interactions with the dreamwork professional, any scheduling or appointment notes, all session content records and any progress notes that are taken during sessions.

 

No verification of you as a client will be made. You may choose to give us permission in writing to release any or specific information about you to any person, agency or media that you designate. There is a formal agreement that's signed before the session to ensure utmost confidentiality.
